Turning Points
There’s a significant turning point this month as communication planet Mercury turns direct on the 11th. It’s been an unusually chaotic Mercury retrograde phase since July 18th and you may find that news or information comes to light that’s been hidden.
Mercury turns direct in Leo and your friendship and group sector. Therefore, it’s a positive time to get things moving in these key areas. If you want to improve your social life, the second two weeks of August are the time to launch yourself into new activities.
Plus, the day after Mercury turns direct, the 12th, there’s a glorious Venus-Jupiter conjunction in Cancer, the star sign at the peak of your horoscope. This spells good news for you because Venus is your ruling planet and this combination means the two best planets are side-by-side.
Cancer represents your career and vocation, your status and reputation and this combination could bring a miracle on the work or career front. Use your charm to ensure people know who you are and what you have to offer.
This could coincide with a gift, a celebration or a significant achievement. Trust in the wheel of fortune to turn in your direction.
Venus remains at the peak of your horoscope until the 25th, an ideal time to schmooze other people. Use your network if you’re looking for work or you want or need career advice. Leo Season
This is an important month to use your connections for another reason. This is because of what’s happening in fire sign Leo. The Sun’s here until the 22nd, talk planet Mercury is in Leo throughout August and your ruler Venus enters Leo on the 25th.
On the one hand, this promises a social few weeks when you can get out and about and meet up with friends. Yet, it’s beneficial for other areas of your life as well, meeting the right contacts or getting in touch with friends in high places.
